How our standard service works:
- We meet with you to discuss your ideal candidate
- We review your role profile to ensure the role meets your needs while being attractive to potential candidates
- We carry out a comprehensive search and make a list of up to 12 potential candidates that match your criteria
- You approve that list, and we will reach out to the candidates and discuss the role, then handover to you to arrange interviews
The whole process costs just £995 (plus VAT) per vacancy, saving you time and money through a targeted recruitment campaign.
Of course, we’re always happy to agree to provide further support, including help shortlisting and can join you on interview panels. And while our focus is on marketing, sales and development, we’d be happy to provide assistance wherever you need it.
